Trinity has a men’s recreational cycling group that rides on
Thursday mornings for fun, friendship and fitness – and of course coffee! If you’re keen to participate in this healthy past-time, you would be most welcome. For safety reasons we ask that before doing so you advise us of your cycling experience and
health and fitness levels to enable us to ease you in appropriately. We ride anywhere between 30km – 60km in a morning depending on who turns up and how challenging a ride we are up for.
