Our Lead Pastor

Scott Berry started the role as Pastor of Trinity Baptist in March 2016 after previously being Associate Pastor at Enfield Baptist Church. Prior to moving into full-time ministry Scott was an Occupational Therapist, he is married to Jasmine and has two children (Charlotte and Theo).

Scott has a deep love for God’s word and delights in preaching and teaching in a way that aims to bring the relevance of the bible into everyday life. His greatest desire is to lead people to a place of deeper relationship with Jesus where they become co-labourers with Christ in living out his Kingdom on earth. He loves to encourage team work and has great faith in the local church to be Jesus’ hands and feet in the nearby area. Scott loves football, bushwalking, indie music, bodyboarding and board games. Scott loves performing weddings but he especially enjoys the time spent doing pre-marriage counselling helping couples prepare for a life time together. He seeks to be friendly, creative, authentic and good humoured in living out God’s truth by word and deed.

Our Associate Pastor

Chelsea began at Trinity Baptist Church in January 2017 after serving as the Associate Pastor for Youth at Holdfast Baptist Church. She also spent seven years working as the Pastoral Care Worker (Chaplain) at Brighton Secondary School. Chelsea is married to Hamish and mum to Patrick and Elspeth. She is an avid Port supporter, who loves being outdoors, exercising, swimming, cooking and enjoying good food, drinking coffee, and sharing life with friends and family.

Chelsea has a strong conviction to live out her call as a follower of Jesus. She has a passion for making Jesus known and seeing God’s people faithfully living out their call. She loves nothing more than seeing people grow in their faith and their relationship with God. Chelsea loves the energy and vibrancy that children and teenagers bring, and has a passion to see families supported and thriving.
